Job Summary
The Executive Assistant Manager (EAM) serves as a strategic, analytical, and operational support to the CEO. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient execution of the company’s executive agenda, driving cross-functional initiatives, and supporting business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
•Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
• Coordinate, monitor, and follow up on CEO-led initiatives to ensure timely execution.
• Manage CEO and partners calendar including planning meetings, coordinating recurring check-ins and communicating with multiple parties to schedule events.
• Manage internal and external communication on behalf of management
• Coordinate with all service providers and freelancers that work with the company to make sure work is done properly
• Coordinate with legal team on contracts, agreement and timely documents delivery
