This is not a traditional 9-to-5 role; it is a position for a Right-Hand professional who finds fulfillment in being the engine behind the founder's success.

The ideal candidate operates with a Chief of Staff mindset - meaning you don't just manage a calendar; you optimise the founder's life and time. You are someone who anticipates needs before they are voiced, handles sensitive information with absolute discretion, and seamlessly pivots between high-level business strategy and essential administrative tasks.
