About the Role
The Executive Assistant to the Founder will play a critical role in supporting the Founder across multiple businesses within the hospitality, events, and lifestyle ecosystem. This position requires a highly organised, discreet, and proactive professional who can manage schedules, coordination, communication, and follow-ups across diverse verticals while maintaining confidentiality and operational discipline.
This is a Founder’s Office role, not an administrative support position.
Multi-Business Coordination
- Coordinate across:
- GNH Group (hospitality & banquets)
- A-DOT (flagship GNH venue)
- Trix Entertainment (events & entertainment)
- Indian Sneaker Festival (youth culture IP)
- Liaise with senior management, partners, vendors, and external stakeholders
