Manage and maintain a complex executive calendar, including scheduling and prioritizing meetings, appointments, and engagements across multiple time zones
Coordinate and book domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and itineraries, with meticulous attention to detail
Process and reconcile travel and expense reports using Concur
Coordinate investor meetings and communications on behalf of the SVP, liaising with internal and external stakeholders in a professional and timely manner
Act as a gatekeeper and trusted point of contact, managing communications and correspondence with a high degree of confidentiality
Support document management and administrative workflows using SAP
Anticipate the needs of the SVP and proactively manage priorities to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
