We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to work directly with the founder across multiple fast-growing brands in music, media, lifestyle, events, and consumer products.

This role is ideal for someone who can manage communication, coordination, scheduling, and day-to-day operations in a fast-paced creative environment.

You will work closely across projects involving:

• music festivals & artist collaborations
• lifestyle and consumer brands
• content production & shoots
• partnerships and campaigns
