Job Description
The Execution Specialist reports to the Head of Execution in Ukraine and supports ADM contract’s execution in Ukraine.
The key goals are:
To make/control proper/timely execution of export contracts by railTo contact with buyers, traders, accounting, surveyors, terminals and carriers about execution mattersJob ResponsibilitiesPlanning export trains schedule Planning/approval delivery at rail terminalContracts execution (contract/surveyor nominations, shipping instructions/docs, sales/freight/service invoices)Service invoices payingJob RequirementsHigher education, preferably economic/logistics At least 1 year experience in executionGood communication skillsAbility for cross-functional team workAdvanced/fluent English Result-oriented workstyleOther Required or Desirable AttributesGood team player
