Execution Lead

Opportunity:

Healthcare Management (HCM) is embarking on a strategic direction that involves a large program of work which spans across Health Insurance (HI) and the broader Bupa business, contributing to the Savannah27 strategy and Claims Transformation Program. This program will execute the HCM strategic plan and includes large strategic initiatives and significant changes. This role will support the change activities and support our people and bring them on the journey to successfully deliver both strategic and BAU projects. 

We are seeking an experienced project professional with strong change management knowledge, project management capability, business analyst skills, and training experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will work closely with our delivery teams, Initiative Owners and Sponsors to execute initiatives successfully.
