About the Role
OverviewLeading, managing and coaching/mentoring the EMEA S2C team in the Hub. Contract Management and issue resolution / escalation Manage the learning and Development process of the Hub team. Coordinate work with BU stakeholders and cross functional Hub leaders to ensure full understanding and support of strategic sourcing perspective to key processes Coordinate work with Engineering Project managers stakeholders in the business to address issues related to suppliers and vendors.
The role holder will be managing the contract management team (S2C) for capital projects in EMEA. The primary focus of this role is to ensure the contract’s terms and conditions and in general ther entire sourcing process—from identifying needs and suppliers to the finalization of contracts—for capital expenditure projects are executed efficiently, within budget, and in compliance with organizational goals and legal requirements.
