Exchange Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for an Exchange Engineer to provide operational support for Exchange On‑Premise and Microsoft 365 environments. This role involves managing day‑to‑day operations, supporting end users, handling incident and request tickets, and ensuring a secure and stable messaging environment. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for Exchange On‑Premise and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve messaging‑related issues for users and production systems.
• Work closely with vendors to resolve complex technical issues.
• Participate in on‑call support for a large enterprise messaging environment.
• Manage incident, request, and change tickets through a ticketing system.
• Produce technical and operational documentation, including change management records.
