About the Role
Responsibilities
- Support and plans detailed requirements for ongoing Microsoft 365 implementation using Exchange Online.
- Support & monitors to maintain the company’s network email system; performs quality and spot checks of system performance.
- Manage license usage, forecast license budget and mission critical support contracts.
- Understand and assure conformance to ITL SLA and MSP management.
- May participate in or manage quality assessments of internal operations and suppliers to analyze compliance and assess risk.
- Interact frequently with subordinate supervisors and functional peer group managers.
- Identify and manage continuous improvement projects with the objective of achieving quality, reliability and cost improvements.
- Oversee Messaging & Collaboration Engineers that provide technical expertise and recommendations for configuration management and IT applications in response to projects and business needs....
