Join a dynamic global broking association as a Events Coordinator/Team Assistant to work on exciting projects and assist with the day to day running's of the office. Currently seeking an experienced team assistant/office coordinator to play a crucial role in supporting their wide team with office support.

The Role

As an Events Coordinator/Team Assistant your duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Organising events - booking venues, liaising with stakeholders 
  • Preparing presentations, reporting, and correspondence
  • Ordering office/kitchen supplies 
  • Dealing with couriers/mail
  • Making travel bookings
  • Assisting with marketing on social platforms 
  • Providing support amongst the wider team
