About the Role

We are looking

for someone who:
  • Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in Event sales within a luxury hotel or high-end event venue, with at least 1 year in a manager role.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, driving revenue growth, and building long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and senior management.
  • In-depth knowledge of banquet operations, event planning, catering services, and industry standards; familiarity with event management software is preferred.
  • Passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Fluent in oral and written English.
  • Flexible schedule, including the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
