Event Planning Manager / Executive (Thai National)

**Description:**



+ Manage, coordinate, and execute events sold by the Event Sales team, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional guest satisfaction.

+ Serve as the main point of contact for clients after contract signing, gathering all event requirements and ensuring clear communication with internal teams.

+ Prepare and manage Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), ensuring accuracy and timely distribution to all operational departments.

+ Work closely with Sales, Banquet, Culinary, AV, Housekeeping, and other departments to ensure flawless event execution.

+ Conduct site inspections, pre‑event meetings, and client briefings to align expectations and confirm operational requirements.

+ Oversee event logistics including setup, timelines, floor plans, menus, and special requests.
