Event Operations Coordinator
to support a well-established Texas-based events company with over 15 years in business. This is a high-impact remote role for someone who thrives in organized systems, fast-paced environments, and client-facing communication.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage vendor procurement, outreach, and coordination
- Request, review, and organize estimates
- Build proposals and invoices through QuickBooks
- Call and follow up with clients and vendors professionally
- Process and track vendor payments
- Organize and maintain internal drives and documentation
- Create and manage spreadsheets (Excel proficiency required)
