Key Responsibilities

• Event Planning & Logistics: Selecting venues, managing vendor relationships for booth construction, renting equipment, and organizing transportation of heavy machinery to site.
• On-Site Execution: Overseeing event setup, managing live demonstrations, and ensuring technical requirements are met.
• Marketing & Promotion: Developing campaigns to drive attendance, managing promotional materials, and supporting brand consistency.
• Sales Support: Collaborating with sales teams to identify key clients, tracking leads, and demonstrating the value of equipment to potential buyers.
• Data Analysis: Evaluating event ROI, tracking attendance, and preparing post-event reports to measure effectiveness.
