Event Coordinator

ARC Creators Sdn Bhd is a creative and events company delivering curated, well-executed experiences across corporate, lifestyle, and brand-led events. We are expanding our team and are looking for an Events Coordinator who is structured, analytical, and able to execute independently in a fast-paced environment.

This role is suited for individuals who are proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership of projects from planning through on-ground execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end event execution including planning, setup, on-site operations, and teardown
• Liaise with clients, vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth coordination
• Prepare event timelines, run sheets, budgets, quotations, and post-event reports
• Track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions proactively
