Event Coordinator

Versa Innovations Corp. is looking for a Marketing Event Coordinator who will manage our participation in industry events where we join as a sponsor, exhibitor, and/or presenter. This role is focused on strategic event evaluation, coordination with organizers, internal alignment, on-site execution, and post-event reporting — ensuring that every event supports brand visibility, lead generation, and business objectives.

This is not a traditional event production role. Instead of producing events, you will manage Versa's presence and performance within events organized by external partners and associations.

Role Overview

The Marketing Event Coordinator manages the end-to-end lifecycle of marketing-led event participation, from invitation review and proposal development to on-site execution and post-event reporting.
