Responsibilities
- Work with marketing and public relations to prepare budgets, set deadlines, create concepts, and define event objectives.
- Implement budget, invoicing, and logistics.
- Select and negotiate with vendors, monitoring their activities to ensure quality control.
- Manage promotions, communications, and branding aspects of the event.
- Supervise caterers, junior event coordinators, and security teams.
- Resolve problems and guest inquiries before and during the event.
- Approve all event activities.
- Prepare reports and present post‑event analysis to management.
