Job Description
Evening Document Specialist
Key Responsibilities
Create/edit and troubleshoot documents involving complicated formatting or styles

Format and apply styles to converted precedents

Prepare PowerPoint presentations

Assist lawyers/clients with closings or other time-sensitive matters, as required

Act as primary contact for lawyers and/or staff requesting assistance from the Legal Support Services team

Answer Document Support helpline, monitor inboxes for work and provide primary document support

Produce high-quality work and maintain updated technical skills

Provide overflow assistance for firm documents, including edits, copy typing, dicta transcribing, black lining and specialized printing
