A close‑knit and progressive construction consultancy based in Central London (Fenchurch Street) is looking to add an experienced Quantity Surveyor to its growing Quantity Surveying team.
Overview
Our company covers a range of sectors, including Commercial, Residential, Life Sciences, Hotel and Student accommodation. The Quantity Surveyor will work on a commercial CATA fit‑out project and a new‑build residential project.
Responsibilities
- Run projects from concept to completion.
- Manage junior members of the Quantity Surveying team.
- Provide pre‑ and post‑contract support on commercial and residential assignments.
Qualifications
- BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying or a RICS‑accredited degree.
- Ideally, experience within the commercial or residential sector.
- MRICS registration or currently working towards the MRICS qualification.
