Job Role: Part Executive Role Summary The Part Executive is responsible for managing all aspects of parts operations at the service center, ensuring availability, accuracy, and timely movement of inventory to support workshop activities and customer service. Key Responsibilities Parts Inventory Management Receive and verify incoming parts stock Maintain accurate inventory records and update in the system Perform regular physical stock audits and reconcile with system data Ensure correct storage of parts as per category and safety norms Parts Issuance & Documentation Issue parts to workshop technicians based on job requirements Generate and maintain proper documentation for parts movement Raise purchase requests for low stock or critical components Parts Quality & Warranty Handling Verify parts quality before issuing to workshop Process warranty parts and manage reverse logistics Coordinate with suppliers for warranty claims and replacements Customer & Workshop Support Attend to parts-r...
