Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Reporting to the Head of Security & Resilience Services at Organon, the EUCAN Regional Security Director (RSD) is responsible as a team member for the development, implementation, coordination and oversight of security strategies, policies and procedures, and the regional implementation and ongoing delivery of proactive security programs designed to protect Organon personnel, products, and property/operations. The position provides regional functional expertise on security threats, counterfeiting, and the protection of sensitive information, and manages actions to investigate and protect the company's interests. The role delivers regional Organon security standards and guidelines including internal investigative processes and establishing the requirements and service delivery of all facility security operations.
