Previous Skills & Experience Required
Working in a Service Desk or Desktop Support role
Troubleshooting and maintaining PCs in a Windows environment
MS Windows family of Operating Systems
In-depth knowledge of Windows 10/11 Enterprise featuresExperience with in-place upgrades and clean installs
MS Office suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Desktop/LAN and Printer troubleshooting
Diagnosing and resolving software issues
Ability to use tools such as windows Event Viewer, Reliability Monitor and SetupDiagAbility to perform root...
