About the Role

Job Description
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for the Endur ETRM system, providing hands-on support, analysis, and operational stability across the trading technology landscape.
The role ensures timely issue resolution, reliable End-of-Day (EoD) execution, and high-quality user support for Front Office, Product Control, Risk, and Operations teams — contributing directly to efficient and controlled trading activities.
Investigate and resolve L1/L2 incidents and service requests
Provide on-site support to Front Office, Product Control, and other stakeholders
Analyse and troubleshoot complex ETRM-related issues
Recommend and implement approved fixes or workarounds
Collaborate with developers and project teams on sustainable solutions delivered as L3 or project work.
Maintain documentation for end users
Identify and propose performance and stability improvements
