ETL Consultant

Should have:  

• 2–3 years of hands-on ETL development including pipeline design, orchestration, and debugging. 
• Strong SQL expertise with the ability to write complex queries, optimize performance, and implement transformation logic. 
• Solid understanding of data modeling concepts such as fact/dimension design, SCD1/SCD2, surrogate keys, and data partitioning. 
• Demonstrated ability to analyze business rules, interpret mapping documents, and convert requirements into scalable ETL logic. 
• Experience in production support and incident resolution, including error handling, root-cause analysis, and meeting data refresh SLAs. 
• Working knowledge of Git and CI/CD pipelines for ETL code deployment, version control, and development best practices.
