Description
 & SummaryDesign, assess, and deliver Microsoft Teams Voice and enterprise telephony solutions across complex, multi-site IT environments. Lead end-to-end architecture, migration planning, and rollout of unified communications, ensuring alignment with enterprise infrastructure standards and minimal business disruption.Key Responsibilities
Assess existing IT/telephony environments and identify gaps vs. global standards.
Design Microsoft Teams Phone solutions including Direct Routing, SBC architecture, dial plans, call routing, and contact center integration (Luware, Anywhere365).
Plan and execute migrations: SBC configuration, number porting, Teams Voice policies, network readiness, identity dependencies, and cutover strategies.
Coordinate with network, AD/Entra, M365, security, server/client teams to deliver integrated solutions.
