Manage and mentor a team of Java/Spring integration developers and senior associates.
Oversee project planning, estimation, and delivery of integration features.
Foster a culture of code quality, best practices, and continuous improvement.
Integration Architecture & Design
Define and review integration patterns (REST, SOAP, batch, event-driven) using Java/Spring Boot.
Lead the design of microservices and API gateways for integration with both internal and external systems.
