Here's what you'll need:
BS degree in Electrical, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering or related field of study plus a minimum of 2 years of industry experience.
300mm Dry Etch experience highly desired.
Familiarity with Etch Equipment is highly desired. (Lam, TEL, AMAT, Hitachi, SEMES, Mattson, PSK, etc.)
Familiar with TPM concepts
Prior experience with Etch process within a semiconductor organization is a plus.
