About the Role
- Prepare accurate estimates for insurance-related residential and commercial repair and rebuild projects
- Liaise with loss adjusters, supervisors, and trades to clarify scope and cost details
- Use estimating software to compile detailed and timely cost breakdowns
- Review drawings, reports, and specifications to ensure accurate pricing
- Manage variations, updates, and re-costing as required throughout the project lifecycle
- Support the delivery team to ensure projects align with approved budgets
- Proven experience as an Estimator within the insurance or commercial construction sector
- Strong understanding of insurance repair processes and cost structures
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Proficiency in estimating software
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and positive attitude
