About the Role
At Elk Recruitment, we are looking for a driven Estimator to join our client’s growing team based in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Estimator to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization.
Responsibilities:

- Ability to work with suppliers independently to negotiate prices.
- Apply labour rates and margins.
- Quantify building components using a proprietary software preferably (like CostX, Cubit or ACC Takeoff),
- Prepare BOQ's and deal with procurement teams in Main Contractors
- Ability to work independently.
- Track costings and work with commercial team to track projects against what was priced.
- Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 year experience working as an Estimator.
- Qualification in Quantity Surveying or similar is preferred.
