About the Role

Job Title: Estimator - Healthcare / Hospital Construction
Job Description
We are seeking an Intermediate to Sr. Estimator to support a specialized portfolio of hospital and healthcare renovation projects. This role involves using a WinEst/Excel-based estimating system and extensive estimating templates to produce accurate and complete bids for projects typically ranging from $500K to $3M.
Responsibilities
Perform detailed quantity takeoffs from drawings and specifications.
Review tender packages, attend site meetings, and generate bid questions (RFIs).
Issue RFQs to subcontractors, collect pricing, and perform bid leveling.
Validate subcontractor quotes for exclusions, scope gaps, and missing items.
Assemble final estimates using templates; adjust unit rates for risk and complexity.
Support tender close by uploading pricing and required tender documentation.
