About the Role

Seattle Sustainable Landscapes is seeking an experienced Remote Estimator to support accurate and timely estimating across all service divisions. This role works closely with sales, design, and operations to ensure project budgets are realistic, aligned with scope, and reflective of actual production costs. The Estimator plays a key role in setting financial expectations early and maintaining budget integrity as projects evolve.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce accurate preliminary estimates based on site information, scope, and historical cost data
• Support sales in setting realistic pricing expectations
• Update budgets as designs and material selections evolve
