Estimator - HVAC

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor with experience in HVAC industry to work reemotely in collaboration with NZ based team for 3 months and relocate to New Zealand permanently upon completion of 3-months period.

Our main focus is on piping – chilled, heating and condensing water piping

Black steel, Stainless, copper and PPR plastic.

About the role:
The success full applicant will report into the GM of New Zealand, and work alongside Project Managers and procurement manager.

Responsibilities:

• Understanding, measure and evaluate schematics and isometric drawings
• Measure and quantify materials form drawings
• Prepare bills of quantity's and obtain pricing form suppliers
• Work to develop and maintain internal price lists and systems
