We are seeking an Estimator for a leading Sub Contractor within the construction industry, they transform spaces into functional and aesthetically pleasing environments. As they continue to expand, they are seeking a skilled Estimator to join an excellent team and contribute to their continued success. Position Overview: As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in the pre-construction phase by accurately assessing project costs and providing comprehensive estimates. You will be an integral part of the Pre- Construction team working closely with the Sales and Bid teams, this role will also need a person who has exposure to being client facing and somebody who is used to speaking with Architetcs and Tier 1 Contractors. Responsibilities: Analyse project specifications, drawings, and other documents to understand scope and requirements.
