Estimator (Commercial Flooring)

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our commercial flooring team. The primary focus of this role is to produce highly accurate material take-offs and competitive tender submissions. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of commercial flooring products and substrate preparation. While the core of the role is estimation, candidates with experience in Contract Administration will be highly regarded to provide additional support to our Project Management team.

Core Responsibilities

• Quantity Surveying: Perform digital take-offs from architectural drawings, ensuring all floor finishes, transitions, and wall bases are accounted for.

• Tender Preparation: Interpret complex project specifications and Scope of Works to prepare formal, professional tender submissions.
