We are seeking an Estimator to join our team based at Stapylton, QLD. This is a full time, permanent role and will reporting to the Sales Manager. This critical role is focused on supporting tender submissions for a diverse range of projects.
Your day will involve:
- Entering and updating projects into estimate data base
- Unpacking tender invitations – reviewing tender conditions, briefs, scopes, specifications and other documentation
- Performing take-offs and measuring quantities
- Preparing unit rates and pricing estimates
- Negotiating tenders with clients
- Handing over tenders to production team
- Assisting production team with follow up queries during execution of projects
- Assisting with take-offs for large variations.
