However, first, let's discuss the role. This role will involve working closely with the Pre-Construction Manager on upcoming tenders for a diverse range of industrial and commercial projects. The expectation is that you will be an autonomous estimator working on numerous tenders at any given time.

This is a team of calm, professional people who take pride in the work but don’t take themselves too seriously. The GM, Head Estimator, and company founders all maintain an open-door policy; if you need help with anything, please don't hesitate to ask.

Every two months, the team meets with a third-party HR partner, an independent professional with whom you can discuss, provide feedback, or seek support when needed. Regular social catch-ups also keep things feeling connected and enjoyable.
