We are looking for a highly organized Estimator & Admin Support to assist a busy cabinetry and stone benchtop business. You will work closely with the principals and team, managing estimates from start to finish. This role suits someone detail-oriented, proactive, and confident handling multiple tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate estimates for cabinetry and stone benchtop projects while meeting target margins
• Communicate with clients daily via phone and email
• Clarify project scope and details with clients when required
• Source and verify material pricing for estimates
• Prepare tender cover sheets for management review
• Maintain accurate records in estimating pipelines and reports
• Deliver estimates within agreed deadlines
