Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and tenders for Fire & Safety projects
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and scope of work (Fire Alarm, Sprinkler, Hydrant, Pumps, Gas Suppression, etc.)
- Conduct site surveys and feasibility assessments for estimation purposes
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams for accurate pricing
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals for clients
- Assist sales and business development teams with pre-bid and post-bid support
- Ensure estimates comply with NFPA, local fire authority, and client standards
- Maintain historical cost data and estimation databases
- Identify cost optimization opportunities without compromising compliance
