Estimation Engineer – Façade

Location - Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

• :Study tender documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQs
• .Prepare quantity take-offs for façade, glazing, aluminum windows, doors, curtain walls, and cladding systems
• .Estimate material, labor, and subcontractor costs
• .Obtain quotations from suppliers and vendors
• .Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bid proposals
• .Analyze project requirements and identify cost-saving opportunities
• .Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams
• .Prepare tender submissions and technical-commercial proposals
• .Maintain estimation databases and historical cost records
• .Support project handover after award

.Required Skills

• :Knowledge of façade systems, curtain walls, glazing, ACP cladding, aluminum windows, and doors
• .Ability to read architectural and structural drawings
