• Location: Manila or Cebu
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time
• Timezone: Eastern Time (ET)
• Holidays: Following select Philippine holidays

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage bid documentation, construction drawings, and estimating records.
• Support submittal preparation and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist estimators with basic take-offs and estimating-related tasks.
• Maintain organized estimating databases and project folders.
• Ensure timely and accurate communication across teams involved in bidding activities.
