About the Role

 
  What You'll Do 
 Assist in the day-to-day administration and maintenance.
 Hands-on experience in Implementation, Upgrade and Migration projects.
 Provide support for troubleshooting, and service request resolution.
 Experience in performing Refresh or New clones of instances.
 Very Good understanding of Hyperion backup and recovery methodologies.
 Provides break fix support, Service request resolution, performance tuning and remigration support.
 Assist in implementing upgrades, patches, and enhancements to keep the system current and secure.
 Work closely with senior level administrator, report developer and other stakeholders to support.
 Troubleshooting of Installation issues and technical infrastructure issues.
 Contribute to creating and maintain documentation for BOXI configuration, processes, and best practices.
