About the Role

 Metro Vancouver is looking for a contract GIS Programmer/Developer to work within IT and the GIS team to support projects and enhance applications built internally with ESRI technology and the ArcGIS Enterprise Platform. This position will also work closely with the GIS team to train and mentor existing team members.

 This work will typically be a hybrid of remote work and on-site Metro Vancouver's head office at Metrotower III, Central Boulevard, Burnaby, BC, VH C. Applicants must be in the Vancouver area.

 The terms of this contract will be as follow: From engagement for up to year. 

 The GIS Programmer/Developer will work in collaboration with our IT team and GIS team and will: Perform scripting, automation and system configuration tasks to support integrations and application enhancements.
