About the Role

Job Summary
:Reporting to the Project SHE Manager this role, working in the integrated customer team, will primarily be based on site monitoring the safety and environmental performance of the contractors. The role will:
Lead by example and actively engage with the contractors workforce during site inspections

Learn from incidents and share lessons across teams

Monitor SHE performance and address both positive and negative trends

Participate in workshops, plan reviews and site visits focussed on critical risk controls

Support contractor led initiatives that contribute to safety culture

Ensure timely incident reporting and action closeout

Support a proactive and positive safety and environmental culture
This role will be initially based in Perth to complete required training and project familiarisation before transitioning to site on a 2:1 roster
