Escrow - ATL/Team Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader with strong domain expertise in US Mortgage Escrow and Real Estate Property Tax operations. The role requires managing end-to-end tax-related processes, leading a team, and ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery across escrow and property tax functions.

4–6 Years in US Mortgage Domain

Minimum 1-2 Years in a Leadership Role (Team Lead / Associate Team Lead)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team handling US Real Estate Property Tax Research and Escrow operations
• Oversee property delinquency monitoring, priors - expsoure to penalty determination verification, including assessment, due dates, payment status, and jurisdiction validation
