About the Role
Responsibilities:
- Support on all lead generation programs of Americas/Europe and other English-speaking countries
- Handle all inbound and outbound calls to define the opportunities
- Outline the right AE products and maintain a good relationship with customers
- Weekly and Monthly Report preparation
- Support the sales and marketing team on Market Research projects and new customers exploration
- Support the Americas/Europe and other English-speaking countries to achieve the DW and revenue goals
- Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications:
- BS in English or any communications-related course
- 1 year or above of technical support experience, call center, or e-business management experience is preferred.

- Good team/project management skill can complete work under high pressure
