About the Role

Job Description

180 Systems is seeking a talented ERP Project Manager to lead the planning and implementation of ERP systems for our clients. This role requires experienced project management skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to deliver results in complex, multi-client environments.

Responsibilities 
Facilitate ERP project planning workshops with key stakeholders

Develop comprehensive project charters including timelines, scope, task lists (with RACI matrices), risk assessments, and governance documents.

Oversee all phases of the ERP implementation lifecycle, from Initiation to Deployment.

Define and monitor project scope, schedules, and budgets, aligning with client-defined critical success factors (CSFs).

Develop and manage detailed project plans, including dependencies, resource allocation, timelines, and critical paths.
