ERP Product Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Product Manager to own and lead the end-to-end product lifecycle of our retail and enterprise-grade POS/ERP platform serving MSMEs and corporate clients.

The Product Manager will act as the bridge between business, customers, and the technical team, translating real-world retail, procurement, and financial workflows into scalable, compliant, and market-ready software products.

This role is critical in transforming our product from a POS system into a fully integrated ERP
ecosystem
with strong usability, compliance (eTIMS, M-Pesa, payments), scalability, and commercial viability.
