ERP Manager - IT

What will you do ?

• Own end-to-end administration of Odoo ERP and CRM platforms, ensuring system availability, performance, and data integrity.
• Manage system configurations, modules, upgrades, patches, and enhancements in alignment with business and IT standards.
• Ensure ERP and CRM platforms remain current with vendor updates, best practices, and security requirements.
• Act as the primary functional consultant for ERP and CRM systems across business units.
• Conduct business needs assessments, process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design.
• Translate business requirements into optimized system workflows, configurations, and functional specifications.
• Recommend best-fit ERP solutions, modules, or complementary platforms to support evolving business needs.
