ERP Implementation Lead (Odoo) – (Cebu-based)

Location: Cebu City / Mandaue / Lapu-Lapu (on-site required during key phases)

ROLE SUMMARY

We are implementing
Odoo ERP
to build a scalable, disciplined backbone for a fast-growing restaurant and

hospitality group. This role is the
client-side implementation lead
responsible for driving the ERP rollout from

discovery through go-live and stabilization.

This is a
player-coach
role. You will lead, but you will also personally work closely with vendor implementer on key

work outputs: process maps, functional specs, UAT scripts, training materials, cutover checklists, and day-to-day

issue resolution.

This is not an IT support role.

This is not a pure strategy/advisory role.

This is a delivery-focused ERP implementation role.
